Spent the afternoon with her in Quiapo today. Indulged in street food, got some pictures printed, looked for Halloween masks and drooled over photography gear. Good times. Really good times.

Progress
So we're okay now. She said she forgives me. She's the best, really. But I can't be too complacent. Who knows when I'll screw up again.
Anyway, I still plan on adding to this blog. Just to be consistent. And to remind me about the last time I screwed up. Hopefully it'll help keep me on track. Sometimes I need that.
What will I post? I don't know. We'll find out.
Anyway, here's another picture of her, taken during my last birthday. We were at a McDonald's (told you I fail at the environmental thing sometimes) to have breakfast, and when I came back from the counter, this is what I found:

Yeah, she's absolutely the best. I wouldn't have put up this blog if she wasn't that special and worth fighting for.
*HH*

The quest and the idiot
Hi. I'm LJ. I'm 23, Filipino, and an aspiring photojournalist. Those who know me might say I talk a little but joke a lot. I try to be as environmentally friendly as I can in my means of living, but sometimes fail to do so. I like listening to progressive rock and metal, while pretending that I can play the drums like Mike Portnoy. I eat a lot of junk and exercise very little, which probably contributes (more) to my being a lazy-ass procrastinator. And, of course, I'm just human.
And as a human, I, too, commit mistakes. A lot of them. But probably one of the biggest of them is lying to my girlfriend about something that wouldn't have been a big deal if I had just told the truth in the first place.
I won't go into further detail about that here. Point is, it's my fault. And because of that, she won't trust me anymore. The last thing she told me was, "If you can tell the whole world that you love me and they believe you, then you'll have me back."
And that, ladies and gentlemen, is what this is all about. I know what you're thinking: cheesy. But sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. It ain't always gonna be easy. I realize that regaining her trust may take more than one shot, and that's why I opted to create a blog for this purpose. Here, I'll try to find (and share) little ways to try and rebuild that broken trust. And I hope you guys will share your thoughts. Do you think I love her? Or not? Or maybe not enough? Do post your comments.
Thanks for reading. Until the next attempt to win this beautiful girl's heart back:
